We are Finding Resources for Underprivileged Groups in Aggieland, a small student organization dedicated to spreading awareness on topics such as Period Poverty, Domestic Violence, and Human Trafficking.

In partnership with Twin City Mission's emergency shelter and Domestic Violence Services, we aim to educate our community about the realities of domestic violence because everyone deserves healthy relationships. Our mission also includes contributing resources to relieve the extra stress and discomfort that comes with menstruation, specifically within the homeless population, by providing women in poverty with clean menstrual products and extra underwear through donation drives and bake sale fundraisers.

Join us as we learn about period poverty, the health risks that come with homelessness, how to identify abuse, services available to victims, and practical skills to find affordable hygiene products and more.
